For users of Jean-Doré Beach, Parc Jean-Drapeau has eight beach volleyball courts available; the facilities boast an outstanding sandy surface and meet the highest international standards. The sand is cleaned daily, at the same time as that of the Jean-Doré Beach, and the volleyball nets are always kept nicely taut.

Major Beach is the largest beach on Lac-des-Sables, it’s a bit of a hike from Montreal but that’s part of its charm. Major Beach is secluded, quiet and has golden brown sand. Canoes, kayaks, pedal boats and paddle boards are all available to rent and the beach has a snack bar, outdoor showers and a volleyball court.
